I wanted to improve my wildlife photography skills, so when there was the opportunity to attend a workshop run by two of the most published and awarded photographers of this genre I leapt at the chance. I had expected tuition on the basics of exposure and composition but was unprepared for the total package David and Henry provided, from understanding and locating subjects, through the ethical treatment of wildlife for photography, the use of aids such as hides and camouflage, through to workflow management and post-production techniques. As a direct result of their comprehensive instruction my images improved immediately. They were patient and supportive of all the levels of photographer in our workshop, and their encyclopaediac knowledge meant they always had a powerful contribution to make to each of the lesson we learned. Most importantly their passion, energy, and enthusiasm made the workshop immense FUN. Not only that, but we were complete novices when it came to photography and again patience and understanding was freely given. Their help and explanation/demonstration on how to operate our not real flashy cameras was fantastic. Our trip to Lord Howe Island with this tour group was the best and we achieved some pretty good photos because of it. I for one would highly recommend any tour that Flock Wildlife hosted. The combination of the professional photography of Dave and Ecologist and general wildlife knowledge of Henry made this tour fun, informative and an experience I for one will not forget.

I recently completed the three-hour online post-production workshop with Dave Stowe from Flock Wildlife. This was an excellent opportunity to extend my Adobe Lightroom Classic skills and pick-up some great field photography tips. Dave was patient and clear and he provided some great insights into my photos that I could not have got from YouTube or other resources.
The big advantage of this workshop was that we worked with my images (and I chose some tricky ones) to understand if they could be rescued and if not, why not? We also worked at the edge of my Lightroom skills, so no time was wasted reviewing things that I already knew.

Just got back from the Broome and Beyond photo trip with Flock Photography and had a great time. Dave and Henry make a great team and I learnt so much from them about birds and their behaviors, photography techniques and post production. I'm looking forward to my next trip with them.
