Personalised ONLINE POST PRODUCTION Workshop
Personalised ONLINE POST PRODUCTION Workshop
TAKING YOUR IMAGES TO THE NEXT LEVEL …. FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME!
Do you find yourself getting your photos onto your computer and maybe into Lightroom, but then struggle to know what to do next to enhance the image? Maybe you just can’t get it to look like it did at the time you shot it? Or perhaps you just don’t know how to crop it to create the best composition?
Maybe you’re not even sure how to get your images onto the computer and you’ve never heard the term “Back-up”?
If any of those sound like you then I guarantee that you will benefit from a few hours online with Dave.
There are so many You-tube videos online which are fantastic, but they often don’t answer exactly the right question that you have, or don’t speak to you where you are at right now.
That’s where a personally tailored learning session is invaluable, and will help you with the specific things that you struggle with the most.
Dave has been a professional photographer for almost 3 decades and has kept up with all the massive changes throughout photography in that time. His competition experience both as a judge and a winner, also provide invaluable experience that you can tap into without any interruption by someone else wanting to know something different. This session is all about you!
We can work through anything from the basics of file organisation, through to high end composition and image editing techniques using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, as well as additional software such as Topaz DeNoise or DxO Pure Raw.
We strongly believe that every image can be enhanced in some way in post production. Whether it’s simple exposure corrections or cropping, adding more sharpening or noise reduction, or much more.
We don’t subscribe to the lie myth that an image is only accurate “straight out of camera”
One of the most popular aims of this information-filled 3 hour Workshop, is to work through all the panels in the Develop module of Lightroom Classic, to help you understand which bits you need to use and which you don’t; and most importantly how to tweak an image to get the very best from it.
Some examples are:
Adobe Lightroom Classic - Develop mode
Basic Image Adjustments - including cropping, exposure, white balance, shadow/highlight
Benefits of Shooting RAW
Dispelling the SOOC (Straight Out Of Camera) myth
Advanced techniques using Adjustment Brushes & Masking
Basic Cloning & Spot Removal
